French Culinary Day 3 - Macaroons, Almond Tuilles & xmas trees

Macaroons with fresh strawberries! so yummyy & pretty...

There are called almond tuilles... like crispy thin layers of almond.... tastes really nice.
As soon as it comes out of the oven, we have to mould it so that it becomes like a bowl.
OOhhhh... we had so much fun eating the crumbs :)

Xmas decor made from royal icing & chocs! The 3-d xmas trees are made from stacked royal icing and stacked choc. The royal icing is sprinkled with castor sugar while the choc is dusted with icing sugar! So clever right!? The snow flakes is done using royal icing - very pretty
