French Culinary DAY 2 - Xmas Logs

the school is located on the 8th floor of IMC's annexed building! it's like the roof top. Only one building there! so nice! Love it!

after such a long day yesterday... my head is looking forward to day 2 while my body is resisting to obey orders.... luckily for the 3 mins walk only!

today, we will be doing traditional xmas LOGS! we did so many things even i am lost with what is what... oh boy.... wish i knew french! anyways, pictures will speak a thousand words!

applying of the made-from-scratch apricot & raspberry jam on the biscuit

then we roll them (like swiss rolls) & chill them!

ooohh! Our lunch prepared by chef Bruno! salad; bread; chicken & mushroom pasta; & desserts made by combining all the leftovers! loved the bread crumbs!

the process of removing the LOG from its mould

buche bavaroise! so pretty right? i don't know how to explain what the log is all about but it looks so yummy & pretty. If u can tell, the swiss roll-look-a-like we did earlier is used as the pretty layer outside!
